Heart break sucks

Why am I holding on to someone who doesn't care about me anymore? My heart hurts every time I see him, but he pays no attention to me. I've given up trying to talk to him, it just kills me that he's so casual with saying he doesn't love me anymore. There's so many things he's done that have hurt me emotionally and I don't react the way he did. It's hurts.
