Breast milk question
I had one beer can yesterday after 15 months of not drinking and my bf insisted I have a beer cause why not lol so around 9pm I had one and I haven’t breast feed my baby. How long does beer stay in ur breast milk? I’m a paranoid ftm mom 😫 thank u ladies
