It just looks irritated to me. Positive tests have a bump on the outside that can be measured. They might want to do additional testing to be sure

If there is a lump underneath, it MAY be positive, depending on how big the lump is and your risk factors.  It’s just a screening test though, so if it is positive, they’ll need to do more tests to work it up more.
