Any fit moms with breastfeeding weightloss meal plans to recommend???

Honestly, just eat A LOT of healthy foods. That's the best thing for weight loss & milk supply. Do NOT starve your body. Just be very strict about eating foods that are good for your body. Eggs, oatmeal, Greek yogurt, fruits, high fiber grains for breakfast. Lean meats, lots of veggies, even things like potatoes are great as long as you don't do things like deep fry them. Just be very intentional about what you put into your body! ❤ Of course indulge every now & then, but focus on fueling your body's needs!

I started Weight Watchers and I'm pretty happy with it. Not too restrictive and reminds me to eat enough calories as well as enough of the right calories... Focus on lean proteins, fruits and veggies. Manageable with a little one and gives additional calories to nursing mothers.
