Does your first time hurt? Can anyone give me tips?

It depends. If you're an active person there is a high chance that your hymen broke. My tips for you is GET ON TOP. You can really control how much you can take. Take your time and if it does hurt, it'll last for a minute or so and you'll start to feel more pleasure than pain.

Do not push yourself if you feel pain. Don't ever do that even after your first time. Penetrative sex for the first time should be with someone who will stop immediately if you say you're hurting. So make sure you trust them. Also foreplay is important do not even start the penetration part until you feel really wet and relaxed. Then add lube. Put it on yourself and you should be able to put one finger or two inside your vagina at this point (do that to put some lube in there too as well as over your opening and clitoris). Also put lube on your partner over the condom. Then and only then should you attempt to have penetrative sex. And again STOP IF IT HURTS. You can always try again another time.
