Best summer time toy?

My girl will be 1 this May and is very close to walking, looking at different toys to put in the backyard for her to play with in the summer heat! I have a shaded deck and a small lawn.

When my youngest was 2, the water table was everything in the summer. She would literally play with it for hours

Either the kiddy pool or water table, or both. My son is 19 months and I still don’t trust him 100% with sand because he still has a tendency to put gross things in his mouth.

Do a water table! I got this one for my middle girl (4) and my baby girl who will be 1 next week and they love it!

Personally I hate sand because it’s so messy but we do water tables and my toddlers have always enjoyed them!!

If you do a sandbox, make sure it has a lid that stays on well. Otherwise it might attract cats, and that’s gross.
