How to get a good work out with baby.

Step one : put on baby carrier/wrap

Step two: place your almost 13lb baby in carrier/wrap (weigh individual to each baby)

Step three: DO HOUSE CHORES

Squat to reach the things you drop on the ground.

Do this ALL DAY. Don’t forget to drink water.
