Do I take too long to get off?

My fiancé complains that I take too long to get ready for sex during foreplay and take too long to get off once we actually get going. We usually only have sex for 30ish minutes from the time we start foreplay to the time we get completely done. Is that really too long? I can’t figure out how to get off any quicker.
