Your period doesn't dictate your right to be anything. Granted, I personally get hella testy right before. Usually I realize I'm being a jerk and I stop myself.

My husband knows to keep his distance and watch his mouth when I'm on my period. I'm definitely not very likable during that time😁 it is what it is though.

I would never be unfriendly, but I like to disconnect and mainly hibernate whilst I am on..you'll usually find my legs sticking out of the kitchen cupboard raiding it..I also turn into the exorcist often whilst on my period..even more of a reason to be at home haha

Yes. Boring and disconnected is perfectly fine when you are having your period and feeling crappy. I am a self controlled crab having mine.
