Bleeding after sex and TTC😨

So I’ve been off contraceptives for 1 year and 7 months and have been trying to conceive with my partner.....and there’s nothing😥☹️😞At first I thought perhaps our timing was wrong because we weren’t living together at the time, but I’m starting to get worried. I also noticed some time last year in July that I was spotting/having some blood after sex with my man. I went to see a doctor and got some medication (2 tablets) and it went away. Now it’s back again and I am yet to visit the doctor (thought it would go away), but it’s not. Has anyone ever gone through this?

For the contraceptives I was on it was Implanon and I took it out after 5 months then did the pill for under 3 months, before I decided to clear my body.
