My bf and I have been dating for a couple of months. We are going on a vacation soon, and I want to inform my parents of the relationship. However, I come from a religious back ground and they will be unaccepting of him bc he is not the same religion as I...however, he is a good man and I am sure they will like his character. Any suggestions on breaking the ice?

On the other hand, my uncle is aware of my bf and wants to meet him to “ask questions”. How can I set something up so that everyone is comfortable? I was thinking a nice dinner.
