Looking for some advice...

I had an ectopic back in August and although my periods have been abit random since in regards to amount of blood loss they have been pretty spot on with timings. I’m currently in spain on holiday and should have came on last Monday (the day I flew here) but it didn’t show. I left it until Thursday and then went to the chemist for a test. It was clear blue but came back negative..! I’ve still not came on and didn’t know if there was a chance it was negative because my levels were low due to ectopic? Last ectopic my levels were really low then all a sudden sky rocketed so beginning to get stressed. The tests over here are so expensive I don’t really want to spend any more on one as I don’t really have money🤷🏻‍♀️ did anyone else have a negative after their period was due and it turn out to be ectopic?

I’m a tad bloated and also getting abit of heartburn but doing a lot more walking and eating more bread than I would at home so I have no clue!
