Weeks of pregnancy - do you go by the "actual week of conception" or the LMP week?

Go by the ultrasound measurments .. I would have been 2.5 weeks ahead accounting to lmp but I guess I ovulated late!

Its what the baby is measured by. My LMP according to that I would be 4 weeks ahead right now but they went according to what baby was measuring. Most people have different cycles and it depends on when you ovulate. So not necessary that it has to be LMP.

For me, my lmp puts me 1 week ahead which caused the Dr's great confusion at my first us. Calculating using my conception date conincides exactly with what my baby measured 😀

I already had a scan so i go based off of the date they gave me, which was 4 days off of my lmp
