Drink lots of water and eat a good meal

Hydration is key. And don’t drink on an empty stomach. Don’t just drink water before though, drink water all throughout the night.

I don’t do it before drinking, but I’ll chug some pickle juice before bed. Like once the drunk munchies hit and I want to eat everything in sight, I drink some juice, eat some pickles and I’ve never been sick when I remember to do it. Usually will leave Gatorade next to the bed too. Water makes me sick when I’m hung over

Alternate - have a drink, then down 8 oz of water, then have a drink, then down 8 oz of water Don’t mix alcohols if you can help it Stay away from super sugary mixers; diet sodas/flavored carbonated waters (think La Croix) are your friend Eat something greasy at the end of the night Force yourself to drink a full glass of water and down two ibuprofen before bed THE MORNING AFTER - take two Midol (serious). Midol has two forms of pain relief AND caffeine. It’s like popping a couple pain pills and having a cup of joe in its own little pill

Drink water and eat something with some grease BEFORE. I learned this from when I lived with a bartender

Lots of water and lots of carbs beforehand. Carbs as in a meal, not stuffing yourself, because you’ll be miserable if you do that. Also, don’t mix liquors or liquor and beer. Most importantly, have fun and be safe!!
