I never have a period this late, usually like a day or two

But this time I'm 26 days late and ongoing. I've never had sex so I know that being pregnant isn't the issue. I went to my PCP when it was only 2 weeks late and she said the 6 week range is when i should worry or come back

She also took a look down there and said I looked normal from the outside. I'm not stressed and my weight is 179 (I used to have periods when i was heavier so I don't think it's obesity)

I have been off of birth control for like a year and a half.

She prescribed me with it again (to see if they regulate) but I was going to wait til I start so it's synced with the meds but it still hasn't.

I was diagnosed with PPMD. (SEVERE pms) lately my mood with pms before my periods haven't been bad so idk whats happening.

I'm 18 btw.
