What is happening? 😢😢😢

So I started using a face wash about two days ago, and the next day I had gotten a bunch of small bumps on my jaw line, not itchy or painful. Well fast forward to this morning and they’re much worse and have spread to my cheeks and chin, they look like a bunch of little white heads and it burns! 
What could this be? 
Should I see a doctor?

I used that wash for 1 day and broke out like a mother! And got very dry skin. Try switching. I think that one is hard on the skin.

I used something like this and broke out to!! I switched to a natural bar of handmade soap with charcoal, peppermint and frankincense and it cleared up within a week and now my skin is great!!! It was only like $8 also.

It either brought out skin impurities or you may be sensitive/allergic to it.

i try not to use anything neutragena as it makes me break out/gives me a rash/allergic reaction. i LOVE LOVE LOVE the Bioré charcoal cleanser. i love the way it feels on my face lol

You could be allergic to an ingredient in it.

Dermatologist will tell you that store bought products like that are actually been proven to cause acne for some people

Looks like an allergic reaction. My skin didn’t like that either
