Does anyone else have this issue?! If so how do/did you deal with it?

When I was pregnant , thankfully one of the symptoms I NEVER had was constipation. Now since a little after I had my daughter , I have a horrible time going to the bathroom. And I have what I believe is hemorrhoids. Every time I go there’s more and more blood and it hurts in the process ! Today I’ve taken stool softeners , hoping that’ll at least do SOMETHING. I don’t have any cream so I’m looking for any home remedies I can try! Please help! 😭😭
