Help? Advice? Breaking out really bad

On the left side of my face around my chin and going on up my face is broke out really bad and some of them are turning dark and idk what to do. I’ve been using facial scrubs and I thought it would go away on its own because it normally does but it’s making me really insecure and idk what to do. Also I have one little black hair under my chin that just sticks out, it’s the only one like that and i don’t understand why 😭😭😭😭
