Non hormonal IUD?

Question

I gave birth almost 3 months ago and I’m breastfeeding, I’m not on birth control but I’m really considering getting on the 5 year non hormonal IUD... anyone that has it what are the pros and cons? I know everyone is different I’ve tried before depo and nexplanon before pregnancy and I hated them, so I’m still deciding if I want the IUD or I should just go with the shot again.

The non hormonal one isn’t 5 years it’s 10 or 12 years. I have Mirena which is 5 years but it’s hormonal. I love it though
