So confused!

So my boyfriend and I been together for 4 years. And this year, we decided to start a family. I know for a fact that he does want a baby with me. He always says that he can't wait to build a family, be a dad and Starr a family.

But why I don't see himWANTING IT MORE like the way he wants it?! Never really tried to make a baby?! I know he works hard, and get home late. He always say he is tired. But I thought he wanted a baby?! Well, I need his help.

Just confused of how he define I want a baby with you!!!!!
