Haha I tell people. When it happens, there's no way you don't know. With my twins, I was in a deep sleep at 4:40 AM and my water broke. I woke up in a fraction of a second, woke my husband up and said my water broke. I went from bed to bathroom and there was a gush. You can't not know, it's not like pee, not warm, clear liquid and doesn't feel like pee. You will know. You will just know 😀

It can be a gush or a slow trickle that you can’t control. If it doesn’t smell like urine then more and likely it’s your water but if you aren’t sure call up your doctors office and tell them they will tell you where to go from there. I had this happen not long ago they ran some test to make sure it wasn’t my water.

I had a slow leak. It trickled down my leg. So I put a pad on. It was pretty squishy after a short time. I knew it was more than pee and I couldn’t control it from coming out. So I showered and got dressed and drove to the hospital 45 minutes away and sure enough it had broken.
