I feel you. I work alot as well. What I did was buy the clearblue advanced opks and preseed lubricant once I got my positive opk we bd using the preseed each time for the next 3 nights. Dont know if it helped but I also put a pillow under my hips and stayed there for about 20 minutes. I got pregnant that cycle. Baby dust!
