Extremely Painful Period

  My period started the 19th with no pain at all. However, early this morning I woke up in so much pain I couldn't sit still. I'm used to cramping badly, but this was ridiculous. I only got 2 hours of sleep before th cramping woke me up. I took 600mg of ibuprofen, but I could still feel it. My vag is super sore too. I'm not sexually active right now, there's no way I could be pregnant, and I have no clue what I causing me to have such horrible periods. I bleed so badly that I can go through a super in 1-2 hours. Please help! What do you do for pain? What should I try?
