Go for it! With housemate ranch at restaurants though, just ask if it's made with raw eggs before you eat it. Storebought is all perfectly safe though!

My doctor said as long as things like that (fruit juices, cheeses, dressings, etc) are pasteurized you’ll be fine.

Oops meant to put yes. The only reason I avoided it was a lactose intolerance I developed while pregnant.
