Can you tell a difference in his flat head ?

I’ve been working very hard on tummy time since I noticed last month. He sleeps 10+ hours a night but other than that he’s never on his head. The left is last month and the right is last week.

Yes, but I would suggest still getting him evaluated. The earlier the better!  We waited for my daughter because I thought we could fix it ourselves.  
She ended up with the helmet for 4 months because she didn’t get it until 9 months old. If we had gone in when we first noticed it would have only been 6-8 weeks of wear time.

My daughters left side went really flat at 2 months. They told us to switch sides, we did and it helped. And then as soon as she had so much control over her neck there was no stopping her. Her head is barely flat anymore. She’s 5 months tomorrow 😊 it should sort itself out and doesn’t cause any problems, my health visitor said anyway 😊
