Ovulating!

Took an ovulation test this morning with FMU...showed low. Took one tonight and it showed high. According to this app, today is my highest ovulation day. Is it true that my husband and I should BD every other day during my fertile days? I've heard it's best to go every other day so that the sperm can kinda "reset" and be higher quality. I just don't want to miss our chances of getting pregnant this month. We BDed yesterday and plan to again tomorrow...just looking for advice. I suppose sperm can live up to 3 days inside...or so I've heard. Any advice is much appreciated. Thank you! Baby dust to everyone 👶🏼☺️
