What to expect at an NT scan?

I’ll be 12weeks 4days and I’m honestly so excited to see my baby, and hear his/hers heart beat for the first time!! But I’m also a little nervous..

Its pretty amazing, we didnt get to hear the heartbeat for ours  but we could  see it, the scan takes a little time and  sometimes the technician will turn the screen away from you so that they can do their job but then theyll put it back, youll see alot. :) also dont be afraid to tell them if youre busting to wee,. My bladder was so so full that my baby was up near my belly button haha

It’s really great! They actually “look” like a baby, too. I got to see my 3rd this week and I saw their little head, nasal bone, plus all 10 fingers and their little legs and feet. They move around a TON, too! My little one kept hiding behind their hands which was super cute. You’ll love it! The heart beat is really thumping too which makes you feel a lot of relief. The little “swoosh” from before is replaced with a stampede.
