Abortion or adoption ?

I’m 19, have very bad mental health issues, and psychical health, I don’t know who the father is, I use condoms, and I will be going on the rod when I can, I’m freaking out I’m getting an ultrasound tomorrow so find out how far along I am. I really need some advice or kind words as my mum wasn’t so kind to the news. Please help I’m so scared, I’m from Victoria Australia.

I am 21 and I was in similar position, I knew that carrying to full term and the responsibility of a child would be very unhealthy for my mental health so much so I fear I would’ve become a danger (emotionally) to myself or the possible child. I had to think realistically and hard about what was the safest option, you know yourself best, if you think you’re strong enough for this then do it but if not then don’t. 
I knew for myself dealing with an abortion was better for my health than full term.

I think the important question is what do you want? Would you like to keep your baby? Or have an abortion? Pick the decision you are most comfortable with. Please don’t feel any kind of pressure from anybody else. Good luck!
