Really sick... help!!

Hi ladies!! I’m about 7 weeks pregnant and I have been so sick for the last week. If I’m not puking I’m dry heaving. Can hardly eat anything. I’m hot then I have the chills or dizzy. I just started taking Zofran. Actually, took my first pill a couple hours ago and I don’t feel much relief. What’s helped you ladies??? I’ll try anything!! Thank you!
