Just wondering what other soon to be mamas use to get their butts in the gym..
I have zero energy now that I’m pregnant. It’s getting better since I’ve been in my 2nd trimester but still can’t seem to get out of the house & drive to the gym. & when I’m there I get so tired.
Heeeeeelllpppp me lol.
** btw it doesn’t have to be pre-workout, i stopped taking it once I found out I was pregnant because I heard it wasn’t good for the baby ... if anyone else has other suggestions or recommendations that helped them.. plz let me know.
