Please help

Im on 5 dpo and Im having pain jn groin area, it feels like its coming from my left ovary down to my upper inner side of left leg. It hurts so much to walk, that im limping and when I sit down it hurts in my ovaries like I was getting stab! Has anyone felt that way before, Im scared because I have never expierience this before!
