I used to, but then i realized how much i didnt like it when i saw a clot sitting in my bath water so now i shower on my period

Why wouldn’t you bathe?!?? That’s gross. Just because you’re on your period doesn’t mean you need to refrain from personal hygiene.

It depends on how im feeling. Sometimes I am too scared it will make me feel sick.
My period is really bad, a lot of times i plan ahead so i can shower before it takes me down a few days. Because I won't have the energy, or it will mess with my body temperature and make me feel sick or make my cramps worse.
Basically on my period, I take everything as easy as possible, because I've learned the hard way that if I don't I can end up very sick & in a lot of pain.
