Peppermint oil?

The only thing that settles my stomach is putting a small drop of DoTerra peppermint essential oil. Is this safe? It's my only working relief from my gagging 😭

Yes it is safe, it was one of the only things that helped my morning sickness!! But do not use it towards the end of pregnancy because if can mess up your milk supply if you are planing to breastfeed. Side note fennel oil will help increase your supply if you are planing too (:

I’m making my own rollers with the DoTerra peppermint oil!

My midwife said it was okay but I’ve heard from others on here that it’s not. I’d say do your own research and follow your gut. But I’d at least use a carrier oil and or only smell it instead of applying it.

I've been told by multiple different doctors/midwives to stay clear of peppermint oils during the first and 2nd trimester.
