May 4 marked my 90th day at my job. Get to move from temp to perm upon review. (will be great btw)

I go into work everyday and all I ever say is good morning then I get to my job which is pretty much none stop once I start. Im not a talker I’ve never been. I like to work in silence and be in my own headspace. I may have a small convo here and there and its usually about GoT

Well Monday marked the day ppl realized im not a shy timid women with a low soft voice.

I work in a kitchen and I share a table with a big mouth women. We work on opposite sides facing each other (we never hold a convo) and just about everyday she puts dirty stuff that was on her side and put it on mine instead of going to the dish pit or putting it in the dirty linen area. I don’t ever say anything i just go put it up.

Well Monday I was there to witness her putting it on my station. I kindly asked her to not put that (an apron) on my side cuz it don’t belong to me n put it back on her side (not throw, put) she proceeded to get agitated and say its not hers and it belongs to patient services and put it back on my table (more so of a toss) (i work in patient services plus about 50 more ppl)

I then put it back on her side and told her im sorry ppl keep leaving stuff on your side but this dont belong to me you can go put it in the dirty linen area. She gets mad and say lil girl i dont have time to play wit you and toss it back on my side i toss it back as im walking away so i can get a quick bite to eat. (She still running her mouth)

I come back and theres the apron on my table i give it back to her now it becomes a toss war and at one point it hits me on the side of my face as she keep running her mouth and the last toss the apron hits the floor on her side and told me to pick it up and i told her no she comes around from her side to mines tries to get up in my face ( i have a cart between) and she says lil girl im not one of ur friends I’ll slap the shit out of you.

Once that threat hit..... me n my cart start backing up i yelled out “yall heard that right? She threatened me” as im saying that and moving back she still walking towards me saying its not a threat its a promise. We exchange more words as im backing up and finally go back on her side

Now HR is involved cuz I reported her for threatening me.

Today, Tuesday I spoke to my director to see where things are cuz they didnt send her home ( i dont know what they said to her all i no she came into work today too)

He explained cuz hes a contractor hes limited at what he can do and HR has the final say. He goes on to say that he cant just tell her to leave or suspend her while under investigation (y the Fing not!!!!😡😡)

. (I bought up why she still here if she threatened me) basically hes telling me “allegedly threatened” right now cuz he cant go by what I just say he has to have the facts (understandably but at the same time someone reports workplace violence and all I get is imma investigate n not remove the threat)

So now he has to talk to the ppl that witnessed it before anything can happen.

He also told me out of the years hes been there If no one witnessed the incident HR usually tells him to fire both. So basically my director knows my side of the story and hers and spoke to all but 2 ppl and that will conclude the investigation.

So now all the ppl that witnessed the the threat im hoping and praying that they tell truth and not try n save their friend or maybe they might lie and claim and say they didn’t see anything cuz they dont want to get involved

I should no something Thursday, no later than Friday rather or not I still have a job (OVER A Fing APRON!!!)

If i wasn’t pregnant i would have been fired.

Im so pissed and emotional. I love my job i dont bother nobody n this crap happen
