Fist panic attack in over a year
I was doing so good. I felt really good. Until my SO and I started fighting a lot these past few weeks. The panic attack was just as bad as I remember them and ended with me puking so hard I blew a vessel in my eye from dry heaving so long and hard. I feel utterly defeated.
