Embryo transfer was last week, one acne

So my periods is due tomorrow. I got one small acne on my right cheek today. My embryo transfer was last week. I am currently on progesterone and estrace. Does any one know if the medications cause the acne? I am super nervous and wondering if it's pms or early pregnancy. I am only cramping on and off otherwise. This is fresh transfer
