Help; Trying to get pregnant

Sooo me & my bf have been trying to have a baby for about a year, I’ve gone to the dr they said I’m good to have a baby. They suggested to start taking prenatal vitamins so I started taking the one day prenatal but they make me light headed & dizzy. What viramins or what can I do to help get pregnant?

& yes my period is regular...
