Anyone else experience this?

The last 3 days I’ve been having A LOT of pelvic pressure, accompanied with terrible hip pain. My dog recently jumped up on my lap and ended up jumping on my stomach/pelvis area(he’s a lab). I don’t know if that’s the cause or a weird coincidence. I’m 20 weeks 3 days now, first pregnancy so I get worried easily. I have a doctors appointment coming up next week, should I mention this?

Sounds like it could be round ligament pain or sciatic nerve pain. Both are not fun at all 😣
If it continues tomorrow and you are in A LOT of pain, I would give you doctor a call and ask what they think you should do

I was having similar and was diagnosed with pelvic girdle pain. Things I’ve found that help are:
(1) Exercise!! Can’t stress this enough. Specifically glute bridges, squats (done with a yoga block in between thighs) and birddogs. I’m active 3-5 days a week and it is the number 1 thing that has helped me feel better.
(2) Belly band. I ordered the Bao Bei brand on Amazon and it helps with discomfort.
(3) Chiropractor visits. I go weekly. My chiropractor adjusts my pelvis AND my pubic bone.
(4) Prenatal massage. I get one monthly.

Anyone else experience this?
