They are so bad now that I’m pregnant again. It hurts to sit! What can I use over the counter that will help

I don't know if you can use it while pregnant, but for my post pregnancy ones, I wipe with tucks wipes only, no paper ever, and use prep h and dibucaine. It doesn't fix them, but it makes it less horrendous. I also am still taking stool softeners and I don't know how much they do, but I'm not stopping just in case 🤷🏼‍♀️

You could try a warm sitz bath with Epsom salt, that may help💜
