What time do you put your 4 month old down to sleep at night?

Bed time routine starts at 7:30 he’s in bed asleep by 8-8:30. Wakes up to feed at 3 am and than wakes up at 7-7:30.  He’s only awake for 30min-1hr than sleeps another 1-1 1/2 hrs 😅

Pyjamas on and last bottle at 6, in bed at 6.30 and usually straight to sleep, then don’t hear a thing until I wake her at 6.30 the next morning! She is one of those easy babies that never cries though! X

Start bedtime routine between 630-7. Bath, bottle, bed. He’s usually asleep by 8. I lay with him in our bed and put on some music until he falls asleep and then transfer him to his crib (which is right next to the bed). If he falls asleep during his bottle I’ll put him right to bed. He usually wakes up around 3am to eat and then up between 730-8.

Bedtime routine starts at 645, feeding by 7, in bed by 720 and sleeps till 645am. I used the book 12 Hours Sleep by 12 Weeks Old and it is magic!!!!

I have other kids in sports and such so bedtime routine doesn't even start until 8pm and then she is down by 9. No routine I just nurse her and the lay her down. Sometimes she needs her paci. She wakes around 1am and then again at 5am and gets up at 8am. Super jealous of all the moms with babies that sleep 12 hours.

My LO is in bed by 7pm every night and sleeps until 7am. Nine times out of ten she will sleep through, but occasionally will wake at 4am for a feed. We have the same routine every night - she naps from 4:30pm - 5:30pm, bath at around 6ish, then a bottle. Change her bum, rock and sing for 10 mins then put her down awake to self-settle to sleep. Me and hubs actually have our evenings back with each other and it’s great! He does the night time routine so I can get started on dinner so we eat just after 7pm instead of like 9🤣

He goes down at 8 and he is sleeping until 6:30 or 7 am. Our trick is consistency. He knows as soon as his jammies and lotion is one he’s going to eat and go to bed. Every single night since he was 3 weeks old. 
If it’s a bath night (we do baths every other day because he is a sweaty, slobbery, greasy mess) we do our bath at 7:00, jammies and massage at 7:30, in the rocking chair with a bottle and he’s out by 8 and I transfer him to his crib. 
If it isn’t a bath night we replace bath time with either a walk around the block in his wrap or we read if the weather isn’t nice. 
We do the same thing every night, with the exception of ONCE we went to a birthday dinner for his uncle. We also chose a routine we will be able to live with and keep up as long as possible. Having him in bed by 8 now means he will be used to being in bed by 8 when he’s a toddler.

A strict bedtime routine has been in place since around 7 weeks, bath at 7, bottle after and bed between 19:30-20:00. I feed and burp him in the chair and put him down drowsy but awake in his crib. He usually goes straight off, sometimes I have to put his pacifier back in once or twice and he sleeps through until bottle sometimes at 04:00. Xx
