I got out of a 7 year relationship about a year ago. I finally decided to flirt with a new guy. Come to find out he's 23. I'm 29 and a month shy of 30. So far he's been sweet and courteous. Not too immature. He works a lot. Still sorting out life but hell, so am I. Sex wise, hes aggressive, which I enjoy but he's also clearly not been blessed with experience. I dont know how to approach that. With an older guy, usually they asked or already knew. And if something wasn't working, I said. I realize that's probably what i should do, just say it. But how do you approach that with a younger guy who doesnt necessarily understand that enthusiasm isnt the only ingredient?
