Other ideas for exercise?

So i herd exercise is good for if you have Gestational Diabetes but I already have a 2 and 4 year old so at the end of the day when they go to bed I’m so exhausted to go on the treadmill. I thought going for a walk with them would work but it’s just too stressful with the two kids running off etc plus I get really bad anxiety walking around the street by myself with the kids I never feel safe I have watched too many documentaries on Netflix so walking the street etc is out but what else could I do that is classed as exercise that will help with GD? Thank you
