I developed really bad eczema on my hands and they would itch so bad it would wake me up as well. The dermatologist recommended CereVe moisturizer and cream. I've been putting the moisturizer all over after the shower and its helped out with hydration. I'm not sure if it would work for Pupps though. But worth a shot🤷‍♀️
Oatmeal is supposed to help with inflammation and itch. I'd get some oats and grind it up into powder and make a paste and spread it all over my belly!

I had it with my first, so sorry for you that is so miserable!!! My Dr had me use cortisone cream but it didn't help a ton.  It went away immediately after the baby was born. Like no itching at all later that day... And it took a while, but the scarring went away too.  Just rough when everyone was asking about my legs and what the rash was all summer.

Also try making your own combo of Shea butter and coco butter with lavender camomile essential oils to nourish soothe and reduce inflammation.
