Any testicle experts out there?

My 9 yr old boy is complaining of a swollen testicle. He claims his sister punched him there yesterday morning, a claim denied. However he is still walking like John Wayne this morning but won't let me take a look. Would a punch cause this kind of swelling 24hrs on? Should I be worried?

Yes take him to a doctor.
Also really sounds like you don’t believe him, my sister used to hit me and deny it and fuck it would piss me off when our parents believed her cause she was the good one.
A hard hit to the balls can cause damage get the poor kid some help, and discipline the sister it’s not okay to hit guys in the balls as a joke or for no valid reason

I’d consider taking him to the dr. I not an expert, however I am in school to be a nurse. He could have a testicular torsion that would require medical attention. Get him to let you look.
