Wondering if anyone has any tips - twin boys, 25 days old.

One of the boys likes the sound of his own voice and only settles in someone’s arms.

The health visitors and midwives have said that you can’t spoil a baby at this age and to tend to his demands but I feel bad that I’m spending more time with this one that with my other twin that settles himself.

Anyone got any tips on what I can do?
