Just ranting!!

Ok so I delivered my baby 3 months back. Vaginal delivery with minor tear. Doctor cleared me for exercising at 6 weeks checkup.but have not been able to workout frequently. I have actually put on some weight in this past three months. And now I am irritated with myself. How did you all ladies started working out after baby and how didn't manage to drop the pounds. I try to eat healthy as much as possible but I donot want to control my diet right now as I am EBF.
