I ran out of pregnancy tests. I know you can use LH tests to also check. I’m not sure if this line is strong enough for it to count. Can I have some help?

I heard this is not an accurate way to check bc women have another LH rise right before their period. Try to use a red dye cheapie they seem to pick up hcg earlier than most test. And good luck! Hopefully you get your bfp.

LH tests can't distinguish between HCG hormone and LH hormone in your urine. Just go to the dollar store and pick up some pregnancy tests

Unfortunately this trick just doesnt work. I tried it with my last pregnancy at about 5 weeks, and the opk was straight up negative, and my hcg test was blazing positive.

You can’t use an OPK to detect pregnancy. 
How it works. 
OPK detect LH hormone. The more in your system the darker the test line. 
Most women when you approach your period you actually have a surge and will produce a darker line but not quite positive. 
If you were pregnant and took an OPK then the HCG hormone (if high enough) will be mistaken as LH hormone which will create a strong positive OPK. Like as if you were on your peak ovulation day strong if not stronger.
But this only works after your hormones are high enough. Typically won’t detect on an OPK till days after missed period. Well after you would have taken a pregnancy test. 
So. Just run grab a cheapie.
