Do you let your 19 month old sleep with a pillow?

Question

I posted a photo of my daughter sleeping in her crib on social media and someone pointed out that I don’t give her a pillow to sleep on.. I’m terrified of giving her one, I’m afraid she will suffocate! I googled if it’s too early to give her one but different articles say different things. Just wondering if anyone lets their babies sleep with pillows already?

We don’t use pillows or blankets still. He moves around so much in the middle the night he never be on the pillow. And he still sleeps in a sleep sack.

My 19 month has since he was about one. It’s very flat.

My daughter uses it since 6 months probably. She likes to hug it like a sleep friend or sometimes sleeps on it but not very often. I guess she likes to have it in crib. I wasn’t scared cause she constantly moves and turns in bed and a very very very light sleeper. Our mattress is also 100% breathable Newton mattress which is an awesome invention.

My son moved into a toddler bed about 3 weeks ago & we gave him a super flat old pillow. He loves it & he doesn’t roll much while he sleeps so I’m not overly concerned. He’s not a fan of blankets though so we just dress him in pajamas that fit his room temp to keep him comfortable

My daughter has a full size pillow and always puts it over her body before she sleeps lol I assumed she was using it as a blanket since I didn't give her one and yup gave her a blanket and she doesn't do it anymore 😂. I've read it's totally safe now.

My daughter uses one and it’s helped her sleep better. I put it underneath the fitted sheet so that I have peace of mine but also so she doesn’t throw it out of the crib too

I use a wedge pillow for my 19 month old. It is good for him because it supports and elevates his upper back, shoulders and head. He has a lot of congestion at night and it’s worked great for him.

She has a small pillow, small blanket, and 2 stuffed animals in her crib. She tosses and turns a lot, but loves to cuddle with the soft things as she falls asleep.

My daughter has used a pillow since 8 months I think and I think she sleeps more comfortably because when we take the pillow out she asks for it or grabs it and throws it back into her crib. 
I've never been worried because she moves and she will more herself to be in a comfortable position.
