Ok so I've only just found out we're expecting baby #2 . Our little boy is 3 next month . My sister in law has 6 healthy children however she lost her 7th just last week at 13 weeks . It is literally the talk of the family its all about her which i totally understand and i get what she's going through after our miscarriage oct 17 . We've been trying for 9 months and im just bursting to tell the family our good news . I dont want to hide it forever . i dont want to step on toes or upset anyone I'd just love to be able to tell the family our good news and let them enjoy it with us especially with our 1st being prem by 12 weeks . Everyones told me to tell my sis in law first but she goes in next week to have surgery to remove the miscarriage . How do i approach this 🤷‍♀️
