I am in so much pain!

My mother and sister both have severe endometriosis...and I believe I do too my periods are so bad I’m bed ridden/laying on the floor sobbing until I pass out...I’m on birth control and it’s my first month and I started my period (while on the active pills which is probably normal) but here I am again so sick I can’t move ...I don’t know what to do I don’t think I can take the pain any longer and this period has already been longer than usual! I had to take off work I’ve taken all sorts of medicine and used all sorts of heating methods and I still feel awful what do I do?
